Customers can see rates as low as 3.99% and as high as 29.99% (sometimes higher).

The Platform works like Expedia for Dealers. The Platform offers every type of loan for backyard accessories and structures available in the marketplace. Lenders are competing to get the Customer the best loan possible.

The duration of the loan, or term, that is depicted on the Platform by various Lenders, also depends on many factors, just like the APRs. Customers can see terms as short as 2 years or as long as 15 years (or higher in some cases).

Funding will take place within 12 to 48 hours after full approval, either using Wire or ACH directly to the Customer.

Using the platform to see your offers is FREE. You only pay the “Customer Success Fee” if and when the loan is funded.

Customers can complete the financing application in just a few minutes!

After you have completed the job and your customer signs off, the money will be deposited directly into your account 12-48 hours later.

If you are using D2C lenders your customers will be paid directly by the lender who then, in turn, pay you.

Customers can see financing options and get approvals with a FICO score as low as 500, subject to Lenders’ criteria, Customer’s credit worthiness, and ability to repay the loan.

Yes. Let your customers sign up using your QR Code. This QR Code can be placed on your website, in your store, or on any promotional materials you distribute.

Customers who scan the QR Code will be directed immediately to the sign-up page, making it simple for them to register as a user and get started while making your job as a dealer easier.

First, you will need to find a free QR code generator from Google. Next, paste your URL into the generator. Finally, download the code and use it for your promotion.

To get your URL, you’ll want to check the settings of your Backyard Finance administrator account. Then go to Account, and from there, you can find the short link that’s been assigned to you. Copy that short code, and paste it into the QR generator!
